The Healing Power of Art - Exhibition at Wake Med Raleigh

I am excited to have this solo exhibition of my contemporary realist oil paintings currently hanging at WakeMed in downtown Raleigh, North Carolina as part of the completion of my Professional Development Grant through the United Arts Council. I have had wonderful responses to the paintings from the public and I feel blessed to have touched people’s lives in a positive way at a time when they may be in emotional or physical pain.

I have 13 contemporary oil paintings in this show which will be on display at the hospital (along the walls entering the cafeteria, if you would like to visit) until August 9. This fall I will make the rounds to another hospital – Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center – for a solo exhibition beginning in October.
